Going back to the 1st day of school

Our annual 1st day of school photo. I am never sure if the smiles are fabricated for me, or if it is really showing their nerves. I have pictures similar to these for every year..it really does fly.

What you see, is usually what you get!

For many years now, I thought there must be a better way to share pictures and stories with our out of town friends and family than email. Recently, I have been reading the blogs of several friends and WOW so much fun. Being let in on the day-to-day of those I love, but do not get to talk to often enough to hear about the daily happenings has been such a treat. Lucky you....my wonderful friends and family I am going to start sharing with you. The fact that the girls will want to edit my posts could alter the outcome of what I really want to share. Check back soon, adventure is all around us!!
